I could not able to register for online counselling on MCC website. Having error that " You are not permitted register for counselling".

Sir, There is one senario in my case, My Father's name shown at the place of Mother's name on my admit crad as well as on my Rank Card. During the Counselling registration here i found one check point to enter mother's name in form filling and It ask to enter same information as it is showing on rank card.So now please tell me to enter the correct detail and fulfill the registration what should i prefer?1. Should i enter correct mother's name ?2. Should i eneter same as it is showing on rank card as there is father's name showing instead of mother's name. which is data base issue from the backend.
