Yes , you are definately for giving NEET exam because Supreme court has removed the upper age limit for the eligibility of giving the exam for the time being. Rest , it depends on court's further decisions and hearings. There is no boundation on giving the exam whether you have done graduation in any thing , you can give the exam irrespective of your age.
