i made a mistake( didn't add name and date) in the photograph of the neet mds 2020 application form in the correction window today. i noticed the mistake afer submitting the form. will my application be rejected? i tried sending an email to nbe. please help me and suggest what i should do.

Hello, Don't take tension, for Scanned documents correction, nbe will contact you. As you have uploaded wrong documents you can't make any changes from your side. Authorities will contact you through SMS. When you got SMS then correction window will open for you and you are able to make changes. Or you can re-upload document. Make sure to fill form correctly because correction facility will be available only once.
