I not freeze the certificates in tnea but I can't upload any document what have I do
If you did not freeze your certificates in TNEA and now you are unable to upload any documents, it usually means the deadline for document upload or editing has passed. Once the certificates are not frozen within the given time, the portal restricts further changes or uploads. In such cases, you should immediately contact the official TNEA helpdesk or your nearest TNEA facilitation centre. They will guide you if there is any option to reopen your portal or resolve it through offline verification.
If you have not frozen your certificates in TNEA and are unable to upload documents, it's likely due to a technical issue or a problem with your application. First, ensure your documents are in the correct format and size as specified by TNEA. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using a different browser.
If the problem persists, contact the TNEA helpline or visit a TNEA Facilitation Centre (TFC) for assistance.
