If a refund is due or your payment stays pending beyond 7 working days, email MCC or your state authority , attaching proof (screenshot, bank statement, transaction ID).
Prepare your documents- degree certificates, NEET scorecard, ID proof, category certificate, etc.-so you’ll be ready once counselling actually begins.
