I passed 10 ,12 from delhi but not domicile certificate ,how i can be benefited for Delhi's schooling.in neet after getting 450 marks with

If you have passed your 10th and 12th from Delhi itself, you shouldn't need to show a Domicile as these are considered proofs. Hence, you will be eligible for state quota seats and counselling.
