hello,

Acoording to the official notice you are eligible to change any of the information except your name, DOB, application no. But after you lock your preferences, in any circumstance you can not change in your preferences till the allotment of the seats. If you have upgraded your seat then your previous information will be carry out including your state quota and college preferences.
