i scored 128 mark in neet 2020, im in general category so can i get seat for mbbs in private college if so what will be the fees

I am sorry to inform you but you need to score at least 50 percentile of the NEET score for general in India. And to get an admission in a good private college you need a minimum of 350 marks.
However if you want to pursue MBBS, you can aim for colleges abroad, they have a different eligibility criteria and various entrance exams.
