I want to do excellent at mbbs but I am for Hindi medium .all say this is stupid things in mind but in realistic is it very tough ....

MBBS stream all terminologies will be in english only, which might be difficult initially. But with regular working plan you can manage to learn in short span, but try to take initiatives hard.
Try to read more to improve your vocabulary, explanation will be done in english in most of the colleges and medical professors.

Yes, you are right some of my friends has also said these things.
Hindi medium students may have some difficulty in understanding the various subjects.However every college has people who are from Hindi medium and they do just fine.
All the syllabus is in english and all the material available to read is available in english.
Vocabulary can be really difficult and hard to understand. Its better to sit with a dictionary or keep searching things ir words online as it is important to understand stuff rather than just cramming things up.
