I want to know that state ews quota seats get filled on which basis like by state merit number or state ews merit number As per me I thik ews quota seats should be filled on state ews merit number only and not by state merit number

Hi dear candidate,
In most of cases the state EWS quota seats are filled with the candidate's respective EWS merit rank NOT with the state's EWS merit. However, the colleges or universities themselves prioritize the students with EWS background than others for management quota so you should not worry about the merit much.
