BSc Agriculture is a 4-year undergraduate degree awarded by Indian Universities for 10+2 students preferably with Science stream. B. Sc. in Agriculture is considered as a professional degree by the Government of India. The course is not so popular among students but the demand for trained professionals in agriculture is very high.
Well, the eligibility criteria of most of the courses for taking admission in B.Sc agriculture is to pass with 60% total marks in 10+2 or Intermediate (with English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology or Forestry) or Intermediate (Agriculture) OR 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th.
Prepare for ICAR UG ENTRANCE EXAM for Bachelors of science in agriculture. This exam fills up 15% of the seats of the four year degree programme. This exam is of national level.
