Iam getting 400 marks in neet, will I get a B category seat in Andhra pradesh or in Bangalore..? BcA caste.

Based on previous year cut off, you will not get a seat in Andhra Pradesh. This is because last year, medical seat for BCA category closed at 55883 for AU region, and for SVU region, it closed for BCA category at 71565. You will not a get a seat in Bangalore as last year it closed for around 17839.
With that being said, cut off varies every year depending on various factors such as number of seats available and the number of candidates qualified.
