if a college is alloted me in first round csab If I surrender and not participate in second round then they refund except 1500 or not?

Hi Rahul,
The csab brochure states that:
If a candidate gets a seat allotted in Special Round-I and opts for “SURRENDER and NOT PARTICIPATING in NEXT ROUND”, his/her Participation Fee and Seat Acceptance Fee (if paid) will be refunded after deducting Rs 5,000/-.
Thus you'll get money after deduction of Rs. 5000. For example, You'll get Rs. 31500/- for gen/obc-ncl.
