If am doing graduation in general subjects not honors in any subjects after graduation can i fill bank form?

Yes, you can fill bank form. You don't need an honors degree to apply for bank exams, you need to give exams for the bank you want to work in and for the post you want to apply in. You can take coachings or do self-study for bank exams. All the best for your exam. Don't worry about anything, you can do it.
