Or, $2 x - x \leq 6 - 3$ and $- 4 + 1 < 4 x - 3 x$
Or, $x \leq 3$ and $- 3 < x$
Or, $- 3 < x \leq 3$
Amongst all the given values, 2 satisfies the above condition.
Hence, the correct answer is 2.
