No , but if you are selected you can do 4 year b.tech from first year .

No you can't do that....if you want to appear for jee mains 2018 then start preparing.......to get IITs or NITs

im saying that you have to do 4 year btech in a single college
what about documents sir??? If i have already given migration & transfer certificate to a private college. how do i manage this matter

If you're really interested in taking jee main exam, just go for it or else you need to get into engineering college like not wasting the year. All the best. Take wise decision.
