As per the eligibility criteria to get admission in the NITs/IIITs/GFTIs,the candidates need to have scored 75 percent in 12th from a recognised board or equivalent exam or be in the top twenty percentile in their class 12th examination by the respective board. For SC/ST,the eligibility criteria is 65 percent.

Hello friend, if you have cleared JEE mains then you are eligible for applying for JOSAA counselling. But securing a seat in NIT totally depends on your rank which you have not mentioned in your question. Can you please elaborate your question so that i can provide you some asistance.
