You won't get any college through JEE mains counseling as minimum 75% is required in 12th examination.

You cn get decent private engineering colleges if your ranks below 75000.
Since you scored less than a 75% in CBSE board you cannot qualify for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.
You can get all private engineering colleges provuded you score within 120 to 200 in JEEmains.
