In case If you want to register for both All India Quota & Deemed medical colleges you must pay the higher fees 5000 INR nor refundable fees and 2 Lakhs INR security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded if you take a
free exit after first round of seat allotment.

If you get admission in some college under All India Quota and want to drop out of your state college, then you have to cancel your admission there. Now when you do this you might not get your complete fee refunded. Some amount may be deducted like caution money, etc.
Moreover, some colleges have this return policy. Check return policy for a particular college, contact their administration.
