Jee is a national level exam so if you appear in jee then you can apply for any engineering colleges in india that takes admission through jee mains . But allotment of the seat will be done acoording to your score and rank in jee mains.

You will be allotted college the colleges according your marks and rank tat you will secure in jee mains exam.Though if you will get a very good marks and rank, you will be able to make choices as you will then have wide range of options.
