    OBC Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate, will benefit you in many ways the first one is Age relaxation upper age limit for any exams is relaxed by up to three years for OBC candidates and Number of attempts for government job exams is more than general category which is set by examination authority.

    Again you get advantage in Cut-off marks which is lower than other categories.

    Also,There is a 27% reservation quota for OBC candidates in government jobs and institutes.
