Hi aspirant,
The tota fee excluding Hostel fee of IITs is 1,10,000 approximately. However, there is fee waiver provided to students based on their annual family income and category.
- There is 100% tution fee waiver for SC/ST/ PH students irrespective of their annual family income.
- There is 100% tution fee waiver for General and OBC candidates whose annual family income is less than 1 lakh.
- There is two-third remission of tution fee for General and OBC candidates whose family income is between 1 to 5 lakh per annum.
PS.- the fee may vary a bit from Institute to Institute.
