if I score 30+ in tancet can I get admission if yes which clg I should expect?
Usually people with a rank in range of 30-33 are expected to have a rank in the range of 501-1000 which is not exceptionally good. So you should aim for more higher marks - maybe around 45 and above if possible.

Now coming to the question that you have asked the colleges that you can get with a score around 30 I'll say just that you cannot get the best colleges of maybe you will need to pay donation for even some good or average colleges for getting admission..
