If the candidate has applied for the JEE does he still need to apply individually at different colleges again ?
There are maximum number of colleges around india for which they consider jee mains score including NITs and GFTIs.
You dont need to apply for these separately if you are going to NITs or GFTIs, but if you want in private institutions then you need to go separately.
But there are some universities which do not consider jee mains like VIT and SRM, for which they have their own entrance examination.
For any further queries you can ask me.
Hii Saumya Lal..
Applying for JEE makes you to get qualified for jee advanced(if you get qualified in jee mains).
Getting good marks will land you to NITs you need to fill your options in the josaa site when it is opened.
And you should apply for IIIT's seperately.
And any other colleges which accepts JEE to be applied seperately.
No one will contact you.
Hope this helps you. All the best.
