Hello dear,
Reading from one book never works actually.
First of all, just cover up NCERT books of both the years asap.
Then after learning all the concepts and questions from ncert., Solve the previous years question bank of Mains and advance. Solve as much question as you can.
For physics, refer dc Pandey, that would be enough.
Chemistry, for physical solve R.C Mukherjee, for inorganic NCERT and question bank is enough.
Few months before the exam, start giving mock test. Join test series of any good institute. Analyse yourself and try to improve yourself every time you give mock test.
Follow this strategy, and you'll definitely crack it.
Remember hard work and consistency only works.
Goodluck
