No you cannot as minimum qualification marks is mandatory for NEET UG as 50%aggregate marks in 12th is must.
Also for BAMS private colleges students need to have atleast qualifications marks in NEET UG exam. This year approximately 119 marks or 50th percentile in General category was must as qualifying marks.
