I'm not able to upload my I'd proof and category certificate in the process of CS excuitive registration I have checked every thing the size of the files was appropriate but unable to upload now what should I do

Hi, so basically there might be a difference in file extension. Check if the file format in which you are uploading is same as the file format which is asked.
Usually some pictures are expected to be in JPG or JPEG as per the requirement. I would suggest you to check that again.
If you are trying to upload a file through, try it using a computer or a laptop.
If this still doesn't work then the last option that I would suggest you to contact the authorities.
The helpline number might be mentioned in their website.
If the issue is actually something that cannot be resolved by your end then they would definitely help you out.
