There is no need to panick as you are still left with a year to crack IIT JEE Mains.
Make sure to not repeat the mistake you did in class 11th. Be thorough with your 12th syllabus. Complete your NCERT before referring to other reference books,it will also help you with your Boards. Once you are done with your 12th,start revising your 11th syllabus. Focus on the chapters that carry more weightage. Go through the previous year papers and get accustomed to the questions asked in exam. You may join a coaching Institute that prepares for JEE Mains. But,ultimately self study is the key to ace the exam.

Hello aspirant.
As now you are in class 12 , firstly be updated for class 12 examination. Read topic which is covered on that day itself (You will not face problem during exam, as you need to prepare for JEE).
As a chapter is completed in class 12 , along with class 12 syllabus study for JEE also . For class 11 syllabus prepare a time table , divide all syllabus in parts and study them during weekends.
