It's fine what you got in your intermediate now focus on your entrance.
Yes you have to gain strength in your weak subjects.
When you are in a institute for coaching they will give you guidelines,use them.
For self improvement
1. Study daily
2. Revise previous year questions
3. Practice for 2 hours.
4. Try to solve by yourself
5. For concept use books and for learning go for YouTube there you can get videos where you can revise your concepts. Even search in Google you get lots of links.. you can get apps for preparing maths.
Use any of them.
Try your best and take rest even else maths will not work.
Practice in the morning hours for better learning.
More importantly if you can't then try again . Don't leave it. Keep your confidence level high always.
You can do everything. And follow the prescribed book download it online or buy it second hand from any book store. If you have it then great enjoy.
Be in the 1 position with your hard work.
