In 1st round counseling i didn't get prefer choices,and float my seat then I participate in 2nd round counseling in uptu counseling .20000 fees only who freeze seat.

Hello Aspirant.....
Its okay if you don't get seats in 1st round many students don't get seats in first round because of the high cutoff in the round in second round you may get seat in the college as you have not given your rank here so I can't say in which college you have the chance. AND after anyone has clicked freeze button then you have to pay 20000 for seat acceptance fee in the college seat provided to you.
