In eligibility form signed by hod,i had given my 3year earlier pic, will it create problem ?

As per my record, it shouldn't create any problem. But, to be on a safer side, i would suggest you to kindly upload the other eligibility form with the latest photograph in the admisson portal. You can make the changes when the correction window of application form opens from September 24 till October 1, 2018.
