Don't worry you will get admission in iit . As you scored
3554 rank then you will get admission in iit . As you are in SC category then you will get admission. good luck

I am really sorry to say but with 3554 rank in JEE Advanced SC Category, you can't get a seat in any of IITs.
The final closing rank to get admission is 2080 for admission in IIT BHU
