In neet 2019 is a different rank list going to be made for ews candidates? Or if not then when will the ews certificate be required?

Hi Piyush,
Not much is still known about how and when will the EWS work but it is applicable this year which is very much public knowledge. Maybe when the counselling forms come out, you will have to fill in EWS category and then take your certificate during counselling. And since the EWS category hasn't been filled yet, most probably there will not be a different rank list. It will just be a privilege that you get during the counselling process directly.
