I would prefer you to buy All in One question bank for practice . But for conceptual knowledge you should prefer these books-

Physics - H.C Verma,Pradeep publications

Chemistry - O.P Tandon , GRB, J D Lee

Biology - Trueman, Pradeep publications

Above all NCERT should be well practiced and understood.
