Hlo Ritwik, it depends on your rank, category, state quota. Only cracking jee main does not help you to get admission in any NIT. Work hard prepare well If you are from general category than you have to work hard to get NIT.if you want top branch like CSE, ECE, Electrical, Mech than you have to work hard to get these branches. If you want top NIT than also you have to work hard. The Cutoff of CSE , ECE in top NITs is very high.so work hard set your target and achieve what you want.
