follow these steps :
1.)aiimsexams.org
2.)academic courses.
3.)then click on MBBS.
4.)then click on proceed.
There you can login.

Dear Shivangi, it has been reported that the official AIIMS login site is routing students to Microsoft powered page. There has been no official solution released by AIIMS yet. At this point in time, try clearing csche, browsing history and restart the system. Try logging in with your credentials and see if it works.
