is central government sign necessary for obc ncl central form or it can be signed by sdm also as written in form. I have filled manually by hand( I have state obc caste certificate with me). is manual form acceptable in neet. pls tell full info. iam giving neet/aiims exam next month without coachin)

Dear Aspirant,

You don't need to submit your obc application form in the NEET portal. You have to get your application form approved by SDM and therefore you need a sign of SDM. You will be issued OBC certificate. That certificate is mandatory and not the form. You need to go to SDM office and get your job done. Once you get your OBC-NCL certificate then you need to upload it. Also, your caste should be present in the central list as well even if you have OBC-NCL state certificate.
