Is education at NIT'S is free of cost or there will be any fees?

Hello, Greetings,
The fee for Undergraduate courses at NIT is 62500 Rs Per Semester this is only the portion of Tuition fee apart from Tuition fee You need to pay Hostel Rent and Other charges which are variable for Different NIT and therefore Your Total fee at NIT would be around 160000 per Year Approx, However Students Belong to SC ST category are waived fully from the Tuition fee and also there are various Kinds of scholarship schemes are available, and also it is very easy to get loan approval.
