I think like this way of skipping the whole maths part is not fine we cannot predict the difficulty level of question paper in particular year so according to me study all the parts of the JEE paper 2

Yes absolutely ,as there is not any individual cutoff for mathematics part is specifically there for you can score more compared to other subjects and get a better think but it is worthwhile to mention that JEE Main paper 2 mathematics is comparatively easy with paper and therefore if you are able to solve NCERT problems then don't bother that you won't be able to solve a single question because a student can solve NCERT problems I am sure that he will certainly solve some problems in JEE Main paper 2 also.
