Dear Rashmi, its just not for you but AIIMS Medical Authorities haven't yet started the process of Final registration as on the said schedule. They are behind their schedule. So nothing to worry about. You are fine. Please keep an eye on the official website for notification release and the release of final registration process when it starts.
