Definitely! There are many people who get into IITs even with six months of dedicated preparation. I'll give you a month wise preparation strategy:
1st Month: Complete Physics part. Solve all 5 books of DC Pandey and Physics Galaxy series. Solve also some questions of past year asked questions in Physics in JEE Advanced
2nd Month: Complete Chemistry fully. Solve MS Chouhan (organic), Narendra Awasthi (physical) and JD Lee (inorganic) cover to cover.
3rd Month: Solve Maths and use the G.Tewani's Cengage series for the same.
4th, 5th and 6th Months: Consolidate your knowledge and try and practice many new questions that you may lay your hands on.
7th, 8th, 9th Months: Test Series and practice practice and practice.
