is there a requirement of uploading 10th marksheet in neet application form 2021 ? which pen ( blue or black) should be used in signature to upload it in neet application form

NTA has released the application form of PHASE 1 for NEET 2021.
The documents required for applying NEET examination in 2021 are follows:
1. Pass port size photo(10 to 200KB)
2. Post Card size photo(10 to 200KB)
3.Signature on white paper only in BLACK INK( 4-30 KB)
4.Left thumb Impression ( BLUE) (Vertical)- (10 to 200KB)
All the images must only JPG format.
There is not need to apply 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet etc., in phase 1 application form.
After the NEET exam, phase 2 application form will be released, in which you can apply the marksheets.
