I don't think those marks are necessary in getting a seat.

What are your college goals.Only government or can be private too?
.
If only government,you should loose your hopes.
If private,there are slight chances of getting it.
Not many of them Choose private colleges, because of the fees structure of it.So seats will be available There.
There will be no problem in getting a seat there
You can give a try in private collges you will get it.

Some of the Colleges will be open and some of them will be under counseling.
.
So you need to check it out.While applying in counseling you may find only online application Colleges and some colleges will be online as well as offline.

For that you need to check yourself.websites doesn't give you information about it.

Visit the College you wanted to join.
See that the college you are visiting is not of online counseling.

Firstly normally ask for admission if they say seats are full then ask for management quota.

Remember don't commit for management quota at starting itself.
