No. The admission for B.Sc. in Calcutta University is based on merit. You should have had Physics and Chemistry and either Mathematics or Biology in 11th and 12th. The aggregate marks of these 3 subjects should at least be 50%, in case of general category, and at least 45%, in case of SC/ST/PwD.
