Is there any separate rank list for outside delhi students for cut off or the overall rank including all categories is considered?

Dear student, indeed separate rank list are released for Delhi students who have domicile in Delhi. Admission to the local colleges are based on the cutoff released under state quota. For students residing outside Delhi, they must secure seat under all India quota list released for the colleges of Delhi.
