I've registered for MP DTE counselling but now there is a new option for EWS category. I fall in EWS but I didn't mentioned in jee.

No since you have not mention earlier during the registration that you fall under the ews category you will be considered as general only. Your rank will not be on reserved category rank your rank will be base on general category rank. You may show the documents once see what they say
