Hello Aspirant.
JEE counselling also include DOB proof which is to be uploaded with required documents.
If you don't have your DOB certificate then 10th class marks sheet is accepted as DOB proof. Not only that but also passport, PAN card, etc are also accepted as DOB proofs.
Hence you can submit 10th class marks sheet instead of DOB certificate as DOB proof.
