see there is many option available for admission in graduation course rather than mbbs, you can simply do b.sc course on any relevant subjects like food and nutrition, zoology, chemistry. if you want to change your path from science to other you may take admission in bba course, which has wide scope finance and accounting sector. or you may give clat exam which is the entrance test for pursue law courses. as there is no age limit for appearing in clat you may give this exam.
