Hey Siddarth !
According to the recent judgment from Hon'ble High court of Delhi dated 26/02/2018 , it enables the candidates who have passed as private candidate (NIOS) are eligible to write the NEET exam .
So this judgment stays until some new issues arises . As of now you are eligible to write the exam in 2020 as NIOS candidate . Cheers :)
