Yes you can get admissions in other private colleges without giving jee mains exam.You can give exams like VITEEE,SRMEEE,UPSEE,UPESAT,BITSAT,COMEDK,KCET,MHTCET to get admission into their respective colleges.Just try to get details of above listed exams and apply for these as early as possible.

Yes you can , there is long list of colleges that gives admission without JEE , but they have there own university level or state level exams.you have to give them inorder to get seats in those colleges
